A powder flask carved with hunting themes, Schwäbisch-Gmünd, workshop Maucher, circa 1680 Two-part flask made from walnut and carved in half relief. On the front side entwined hunting scene, a boar attacked by three hounds. The dog collars each made from florally engraved brass. Finely engraved, gilt brass spout with spring-loaded closure. At the sides two gilt carrying loops with a later carrying cord. Diameter 11 cm.
