Airmen assigned to the 22 Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron hold a memorial service honoring the crew of Shell 77 May 3, 2017 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Air Force Capt. Mark Voss, Capt. Victoria Pinckney and Technical Sgt. Herman Mackey III were deployed to the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing’s 22nd Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron in support of Operation Enduring Freedom when their KC-135 Stratotanker crashed in Northern Kyrgyzstan.
