A Air Force MC-130T cargo plane arrives here March 16 carrying with 25,000 bottles of water. Service members from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, III Marine Expeditionary Force , United States Army Japan, and the Army's 1st Corps met the plane and helped offload 25,000 bottles of water intended for Operation Tomodachi.
