A most attractive shrub planted as a single specimen or in the mixed border, forming a large shrub which in mid-summer is covered with large clusters of feathered flowers giving the appearance of a cloud of smoke or mist. Size 2 to 3 feet. Typhinalaciniata {Cul-Leavei Staghorn Sumac). The leaves are beautifully cut like a delicate Fern and in fall assume the most brilliant colors. This combined with its showy clusters of crim- son fruit makes it a most valuable subject either as a single specimen or for mass planting. Size 3 feet. Strong plants of either of above: 7Sc each. Robinia ^Rose Acacia (M) Hispida. A quick-growing shrub of great beauty. Has loose racemes of beautiful large pink flowers in June. Gives a mag- nificent effect. Size 2 to 3 feet, 75c each. Sambucus —Elder (T) Nigra aurea {Golden Elder). One of our very finest shrubs with beautiful yellow foliage. The color is remarkably bright, rich, and constant.
