23/04/2022 Strood UK Former Russian Navy Foxtrot-Class submarine of the Cold War period is pictured flying the flag of Ukraine in solidarity with the people of the country invaded by Putin’s military forces. The Soviet submarine is moored in the River Medway near Strood in Kent and is privately owned and undergoing restoration. The submarine appeared in the film Black Sea starring the actor Jude Law.
