Gray showed a case of generalised rodent patient was a male, aged 51, a builder by trade. He had had. psoriasis on and off since 15 years of age. Twelve years ago a noduleappeared on the right cheek, which was subsequently diagnosed asrodent ulcer and three years ago Avas treated by radium. The siteof this lesion was now represented by a depressed atrophic two years after the appearance of the nodule on the cheek,another appeared on the front of the chest, and since then some tenother lesions had appeared on other parts of the trunk. He saidthat most of these had been very much like the psoriasis patches inappearance and that he was at first only able to distinguish them by 284 KOYAL SOCIETY OF MEDICINE. the pain produced iu them by the ointment he Avas using for thepsoriasis and by the fact that his clothes hurt them and he had towear very soft underwear.
