Maj. Gen. Graham came to visit several district projects including the Sacramento Weir, Lower Cache Creek and Folsom Dam Dike 8 as part of a larger visit to the South Pacific Division. At each site, the general heard from project leaders within USACE and any other interagency collaborators and received an overview of work done or planned at that specific site.
