Previously, in August 2016, President Joko Widodo has decided to suspend the construction and operation of a cement plant for reasons to do an environmental impact assessment, but in February 2017, the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, signed new environment license , which is the basis of a continuation of cement plant to operations.
