Dawn breaks while soldiers wait in line to donate their toys for a chance to earn a coveted seat for the 16th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop, at Green Ramp, Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, , Dec. 6, 2013. The first phase of toy drop includes bringing in an unwrapped toy to receive a ticket. The tickets are then randomly drawn to earn the seat for tomorrow's airborne operation at Sicily Drop Zone.
