Col. James "Parks" Hughes, Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW), commander, Joint Base San Antonio-Medina Base, Texas gives command of the SWTW Human Performance Support Group (HPSG) to Col. Julia N. Sundstrom at the HPSG activation ceremony Oct. 10, 2018. The SWTW unifies resources, training, and advocacy to build Special Warfare Airmen for the future battlefield by focusing on the human weapon system.
