Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), receives his chief petty officer combination cover from Chief Hull Maintenance Technician Ryan Magee during the ship’s promotion ceremony aboard the USS Missouri Memorial in Honolulu, Oct. 21, 2022. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, repairs, rearms, and re-provisions submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Pacific region.
