The flowers are of medium size, semi-double, very freely pro- duced in clusters of from three to twenty flowers each on much branched canes, the plants being literally covered with flowers from top to l)Ottom. It is of strong climbing habit and perfectly hardy. This Rose has been most highly commended by the English horticultural press. It was awarded a Gold Medal by the National Rose Society and an Award of Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society of England, and was also awarded during the summer of 1918 the much coveted Gold Medal at the Bagatelle Gardens, I'aris, and has m\ide good wherever tried in the United States.
