Cope North's Kick-Off ceremony took place on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam on Feb 6. Benjamin Nicholson said "I am a firm believer that to achieve success, teamwork and cooperation are vital. The experiences and techniques we share can only make each other stronger." He added, "I am proud of the partnership that we have maintained over the years, and look forward to continued coordination to ensure that our forces are ready to respond, together."
