Hesley is a graphic designer assigned to Headquarters Company, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division. Thompson is a forward signal support noncommissioned officer assigned to HHC, 2BCT. They were part of the group of Paratroopers from 2BCT that visited KinderCare for a community relations event to show the children and staff some of the military equipment the Brigade has as an asset. The 2BCT is able to deploy anywhere in the world in short time, but when the Brigade is not deployed, Paratroopers and their families play a major role in the community. They shop at the local stores, enroll their children in the local schools, are employed by the local businesses and help supporting the economy. As being part of the local community of Fayetteville, the Brigade strives to strengthen the relationship by conducting relations events like visiting a day care center.
