It is built entirely of wood, on brick foundations, and is the work of Mr. Peter Thompson, of outside panels and the entire of the roof are covered with "Croggan’s Patent Asphalted Felt", a non-conductor of both heat and cold; the roofs being covered, as well as all the outside wood and tbe open roof
