Army Maj. Belinda Middleton takes notes on integrating gender into military operations during the Operational Gender Advisor Course hosted by Southern Command in Doral, Florida, Dec. 6, 2018. The class of 20 military and civilians receive joint credit for completing this five-day training course which supports the mandate in the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Act of 2017 and the National Action Plan on WPS.
