Oak Ridge, Tennessee - Anti-nuclear weapons activists marched through Oak Ridge and rallied at the gates of the Y12 nuclear weapons complex to protest plans to build a new $ billion plant to manufacture nuclear weapons. Here, led by a Japanese Buddhist monk, they walk past one of the guard houses that once restricted entrance to the "secret city" of Oak Ridge.
