A view of a semi deserted Golden Gai, famous nightlife area in Japan government declared a state of emergency to cover Tokyo, Osaka, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Hyogo and Fukuoka prefectures from the 7th April and will continue until May 6. Tokyo governor Yuriko Koike has asked restaurants and bars to be closed at 8pm as COVID-2019 virus spreads.
