Nepalese devotees hang on the rope to pull down the erected long wooden ceremonial pole "lingo" during a celebration of Nepali New Year and Bisket Jatra Festival in Bhaktapur, Nepal. The pole is believed to protect from all natural calamities and evils and is erected by Newars during the festival.
