In the floodplains of Sava river in Croatia the agriculture still remains as it was everywhere in central Europe in the medieval period. Also the summertime pleasures still remain old fashioned with few new attributes: sunbathing at the river shores and swimming in crystal clear water. Die Flussauen der Save werden von den Bauern noch heute so bewirtschaftet, wie es im Mittelalter überall in Mitteleuropa üblich war. Auch die sommerlichen Freizeit-Aktivitäten haben sich abgesehen von wenigen Neuerungen kaum verändert: Die Menschen liegen am Ufer des Flusses und schwimmen in seinem kristallklaren Wasser.
