Jerome Bonaparte, brother of Napoleon, c1820. Jerome (1784-1860) was King of Westphalia from 1807-1813. He served in Napoleon's Russian campaign and at the Battle of Waterloo. After the fall of his brother he lived in Florence, but returned as a Marshal of France and President of the Senate under the rule of his nephew, Napoleon III.
