Lt. deBerri of the Signal Reserve Corps photographed the Third Liberty Loan Parade in Washington, , on April 20, 1918. The parade, which featured participants marching up Pennsylvania Avenue and then turning north onto 15th Street, was captured in this image. It was censored, released, and stamped on May 4, 1918, by the Historical Branch of the War Plans Division. Additional notes mention the Hotel Occidental and a restaurant.
