Yellow baboon youngster (Papio cynocephalus) sitting on a rock. The baboon lives in large social groups (troops) in the savanna and forest edges of central Africa. Most of the day is spent foraging for grasses, flowers and fruits as well as insects, birds' eggs and even young antelope. This juvenile may reach a length of around 75 centimetres when fully grown.
