PANAMA CITY, FL. (March 27, 2023) – Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City was honored to welcome the Commander, Navy Installation Command, Vice Admiral Yancy Lindsey on March 27, 2023, while he visited the base to meet with base leadership and take a tour. During his visit VADM Lindsey made a stop at the NSA Panama City galley to sign a proclamation declaring April as the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) awareness month.
