Tide Construction have a project called Lewisham Exchange, which will provide 758 student rooms and 67 affordable homes over 35 and 20 storeys, revitalising Lewisham town centre and making a significant contribution to the town’s ongoing regeneration. The buildings will be connected at the lower levels to provide an entrance to the Bakerloo Line Extension, as well as supporting the additional retail, commercial and student amenity spaces along the ground floor. Design features include the framing of a new public square providing an iconic new entrance to Lewisham Station and the design of two distinct buildings with a clear separation between.
