Protesters take part during the demonstration. Following the victory of Jordan Bardella of the Rassemblement National party in the European elections on 9 June and French President Emmanuel Macron's controversial decision to dissolve the National Assembly, thousands of people gathered for the third day in a row at Place République in a massive demonstration against the far right and in favors of the Front Populaire coalition, created by the left-wing parties La France Insoumise, the socialistes, communists and ecologists.
