Stalks of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) are seen in Skybyn, near Kyiv. A sowing and planting season starts in Ukraine as the country straggles to ensure export deals for its agricultural produce after the full scale Russian invasion. Poland and Hungary temporarily refused to import Ukrainian wheat and other produce due to internal issues. Skybyn was a part of the front line during the battle to defend Kyiv in March 2022, what affected some of the agricultural businesses in the area.
