Certain new chapter houses arein course of construction that are not included but which willbe detailed to the fraternity in an early issue of the Alpha The chapter house owned by Ohio Gamma is one of thefraternitys best houses although the picture here shown doesnot do it full justice. It was built during the summer of192 0 and opened to the fraternity in September of that is located at 154 Woodruff Avenue, which is in the bestsection near Ohio State University. 456 The 8 i g m a Phi E p s il o n Journal Ohio Gammas house has an attractive terraced lot, 75feet in width and of ample length. The first floor is givenover to a commodious lounging room, dining room, kitchenand hall. On the second floor are nine study rooms and bathrooms. On the third floor is a large dormitory in which allmen sleep and two additional bed rooms and a bath for theuse of guests. In the basement is a large sized lodge room.
