ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 2, 2016) An F/A-18E Super Hornet, assigned to the Flying Eagles of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 122, launches from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). George Washington, homeported in Norfolk, is underway conducting carrier qualifications in the Atlantic Ocean.
