River Thames Gravesend UK The RRS Sir David Attenborough is pictured sailing the River Thames on her way to Greenwich to attend a 3 day festival ahead of the COP26 Climate Change Conference. The antarctic survey ship’s visit will accompanied by a riverside video screen giving a virtual tour of the ship. The ship’s famous submersible ‘Boatey McBoatface’ will be on display at the adjacent Royal Maritime Museum Ice Worlds Exhibition.
