A Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune’s emergency medical staff member passes a needle decompression to another staff member during an enroute care sustainment training at Camp Lejeune, , May 24, 2017. The training was conducted to simulate a combat casualty evacuation in order to test the hospital’s trauma readiness and their ability to evacuate casualties under combat conditions.
