An A-6 Intruder aircraft, flown by Marine All-Weather Attack Squadron-533, is seen being stopped by mobile arresting equipment on the crosswind runway at Marine Corps Air Station, Chu Lai. The aircraft had just returned from a bombing mission north of the DMZ in Vietnam. The mobile arresting equipment, known as MOREST, allows for short airfield landings. This photograph was taken on September 14, 1967.
