Fore wing violaceous grey tinged with red-brown, the basal area suffused with red-brown deepening. towards the antemedial line, the outer part of medial area with a red-brown shade; subbasal line black, angled outwards below costa and ending at submedian fold ; antemedial line black with a white striga before it at costa, diffused, oblique and slightly sinuous to submedian fold, then waved, an oblique whiter shade beyond it from costa to below the cell; reniform rather narrow, with red- brown centre and grey annulus defined by black, two short black streaks beyond it and an oblique black bar above it from costa; a small whitish spot defined by black below end of cell connected by.
