The Strata building at the Elephant and Castle in London, is the first building in the world where wind turbines have been integrated into the fabric of the building. It has three 15 megawatt turbines that generate 8% of the buildings energy needs. It was designed by BLFS architects. It is seen here behind a street micro turbine.
