Fore wing red-brown mixed with some greyish ochreous and suflused with deep purple x)lum-colour ; some slight black irroration on inner area towards base; antemedial line fine, white, defined on outer side by black and grejish ochreous, oblique from costa to vein 2 below \he cell, then inwardly oblicjue, touching the reniform which is slightly defined by white, strongly constricted at middle and produced at upper extremity, a wliite striga above it from costa ; the medial area with veins 4 to 1 streaked with greyish ochreous ; postmedial line double, greyish ochreous, obliijue from costa to vein G, where it is obtusely angled, then inwardly oblique, sinuous.
