Bagan, Myanmar- 29 January 2013; Happy families. Like virtually everyone we met in Myanmar, they were gracious, polite and friendly, and quite happy to have their photo taken. On second thoughts, this lot don't look quite so happy as note the Thanaka makeup worn by the children to protect them from the fierce sun.
