Farmer making Bohinj mountain cheese, Slovenia

Farmer is making the famous Bohinj mountain cheese of Slovenia. In total there are only six farms left that make this kind of cheese following a traditional recipe. From 240 liter fresh cow milk he daily produces 20 kilo of cheese. The cows graze at Planica Laz, where the grass and herbs are left untreated with chemicals.
