Out of this number two thou-sand actually participated, submitting thatmany drawings and from which the com-petition sponsors awarded 52 prizes. T. K. Quinn, vice president of the Gen-eral Electric Company, has outlined thecompanys ambitions and meritorious plansin connection with these prize winning de-signs and if carried out they should provea considerable stimulus to the home build-ing movement.
