Cambodia: The Srah Srang reservoir to the east of Banteay Kdei, Angkor. Srah Srang (Pool of Ablutions) was first dug in the mid-10th century, by Kavindrarimathana, a minister of Rajendravarman II. It was then modified about 1200 by Jayavarman VII, who added the laterite landing-stage on its western side.
