NORFOLK, Va. (June 1, 2023) Sailors move aircraft as part of their Aviation Boatswains Mate (Handling) University (ABHU) training evolution, Jun. 1. ABHU is an initiative created by Rear Adm. John F. Meier, Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic, used to train aircraft handlers on the movement of aircraft in a dynamic environment using training aircraft so they can become more proficient in their craft, reduce aviation ground mishaps, and protect squadron assets.
