City centre tram. Tram running on the Rouen tramway passing by the Theatre des Arts in the city centre in Rouen, Haute Normandie, France. The tram runs on rails sunk into the streets, and electrical power is drawn from overhead wires. This is an Alstom Citadis 402 tram, with a fleet of 27 of these trams operating on this tramway since 2011-12. Each tram has a low floor, seven sections, and can carry 280 passengers each. Photographed in February 2015.
