(Sept. 26, 2016) - Hospitalman Samantha Slighton, a native of Chico, Calif., administers an inluenza shot to Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Tyler Heffley, a native of Reno, Nev., during a command-wide Seasonal Flu Shot Exercise on board USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz is currently undergoing an extended planned incremental maintenance availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
