ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 17, 2017) - Gunners’ Mate 1nd Class Sylvian Hull and Gunners’ Mate Seaman William Hawkins man their station during a live fire exercise aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72). Vella Gulf is underway participating in Task Force Exercise (TFEX) 17-2 in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
