West Virginia National Guard Army Interagency Training and Education Center Critical Infrastructure Protection battalion Soldiers demonstrate force capabilities to to Qatari Army 2nd Lt. Jassim Al-Thani and 2nd Lt. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Ishaq Sept. 6, 2018, at Camp Dawson, West Virginia. Qatar and West Virginia have already began exchanging ideas in the CBRNE realm as a part of military-to-military engagements between the two forces as a part of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program.
