Two members of the State of Vermont’s HAZMAT Team perform simulated decontamination procedures during a training exercise at St. Michael’s College, Colchester, Vt., January 18, 2017. In addition to Vermont’s HAZMAT Team, the Vermont State Police Clandestine Lab, Vermont’s Bomb Squad and the Vermont National Guard’s 15th Civil Support Team, all worked together, optimizing inter-agency communications, while utilizing personnel and equipment to analyze simulated hazardous substances.
