Eastern section of Fonthill house, the servants quarters, from south side. Original farmhouse now covered in concrete with large concrete arches on outside, now attached to slant sided addition with large windows and three stories. The Eastern portion of the house complex. Fonthill is a unique poured concrete house designed and built by Henry Mercer during the Art and Crafts movement. The house boasts 44 rooms 18 fireplaces 32 stairwells and more than 200 windows and was completed 1912. It is now a National Historic Landmark.
