Air Force Col. James Sheedy, 474th Air Expeditionary Group and 612th Theater Operations Group commander, and Detroit, Mich., native, Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Raymond Griego, 474th Air Expeditionary Group and 612th Theater Operations Group superintendent, and Bakersville, Calif., native., and Air Force Master Sgt. Jaime Lewis, 12th Air Force first sergeant, and Philadelphia, Pa., native, both out of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., arrive via Army Black Hawk helicopter to Puerto Castillo Naval Base in Trujillo, Honduras, as part of a visit to see New Horizons Honduras 2015 sites and personnel June 10, 2015. The visit included visits at the Honduras Aguan well site, the Gabriela Mistral primary school site and Dr. Salvador Paredos Hospital. New Horizons was launched in the 1980s and is an annual joint humanitarian assistance exercise that Southern Command conducts with a partner nation in Central America, South America or the Caribbean. The exercise improves joint training readiness of and partner nation civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities. Capt. David J. Murphy
