An Arizona Guardsmen observes security monitors at the Pinal County Sheriffs Office detention center May 20. Arizona Guardsmen were activated as part of Gov. Doug Ducey's emergency declaration to support local law enforcement agencies in support roles across the state. Guardsmen spread across three counties are providing vehicle maintenance, administrative, and non-law enforcement support to local police and sheriffs offices.
