MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 19, 2018) - Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Alex Odiase fires an M16 rifle while Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Ashley McInnis coaches him during a live-fire exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Mediterranean Sea, Oct. 19, 2018. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its seventh patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests Europe and Africa.
