KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany – Col. William S. Galbraith, 21st Theater Sustainment Command deputy commanding officer, presents a certificate of retirement to 1st Sgt. Greg A. Thompson, July 26, during a ceremony at Panzer Kaserne. Thompson ends his military career after 27 years of service. Thompson was one of two non-commissioned officers retired during the ceremony. 1st Sgt. Gerald L. Brantley also retired after 32 years of service.
